Central Intermediate Unit # 10

Life Skills Classes

The Life Skills Support program is designed to meet the needs of students whose social and/or behavioral skills are developmentally delayed.  Programs for younger students focus on self help and readiness skills, then move on to focus on academic skills, daily and independent living, pre-vocational and practical work skills, as well as recreation and leisure skills.  Community based instruction and integrated therapy are essential components to the Life Skills Support program.

The CIU #10 operates Life Skills Classes at:
  • Moshannon Valley Elementary School
